Summers currently doubles as Head of Legal and Company Secretary. As Head of Legal, she does not only take care of in-house legal jobs but she is also personally involved in the prosecution of all legal matters in court. This has given her both courtroom experience and in-house experience.

Summers is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and was called to the Bar in October 2010.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ICII) – UK. She has a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Insurance Studies from the Malta International Training Institute (MTTC). She is a proud old girl of Wesley Girls High School, Cape Coast.

Her expertise covers among others the areas of corporate law, insurance law, banking law, due diligence, labour and employment law, land law, and legal writing among others.
