Esther Baffour-Awuah is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII), and the Claims Manager of Star Assurance Co. Ltd. Her specialization is in Claims Management, with fourteen (14) years' experience in that field.Esther holds an LLB from the University of London, MBA (Marketing) from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a BSc. (Psychology) from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She has attended several National and International Insurance Conferences and Ecowas Brown Card Zonal Meetings on Insurance Claims settlement procedures within the Ecowas sub-region.

Esther worked as a member of the Motor Compensation Fund of the National Insurance Commission (NIC) from 2013 to 2016. She was also a member of the committee that drafted the Directive on Limit on Motor Injury and Death Claims. (CAP 2019).
