JUSTICE FRANK OFFEI is an intuitive strategist and astute finance and accounting professional with a passion for digital solution for organizational transformation.

Since joining Star Assurance in 2004, he has been a key member of various committees that have brought major innovations into the operations of the Company.

He played vital roles in the implementation of the two previous software applications of the Company in 2006 and 2011. He is an integral member of the development team of the state of the art digital solution currently being deployed by Star Assurance.

Mr. Offei is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance option from the University of Ghana (Legon), and a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce (B.COM) from the University of Cape Coast.

He has attended various training conferences (both local and international).Justice worked as a tutor of Accounting and Business Management after his university education and also as an Accounts and Administrative Officer in a private firm in Accra before joining Star Assurance.

He rose through the ranks to become the Head of Accounts in 2012, a role he has diligently served in until his appointment as the Chief Finance Officer.
