She started work in the Insurance Industry in February 2009 as a Credit Control Officer where she rose diligently through the ranks to Acting Head of Risk Management Unit.

Peace holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University (India) and a master's in Risk Management from the Kings University College, an affiliate of the University of Cape Coast. She also holds a Diploma in Insurance Studies from the Malta International Training Institute (MITC).
